Wow this is a fvcked up situation. Sounds like the girl is lucky to have someone like you who is actually looking out for her unlike anyone else in her family. I agree that this kid needs himself a good beat down to bring a little reality into his life but be careful. If you beat the sh!t out of this unstable individual, you don't know how he will retaliate (if at all). He could end up killing someone (you or your family). Just take the proper steps and make sure this dickhole gets what he deserves without putting anyone else in danger.
