Yep, looked to me like he should have. That's one of the reasons I don't like Manning- he never goes for those. I think it's crucial to scramble a little, especially with a giant hole in the middle of the field.

I was thinking the same thing but he extends the ball with his arms and without irrefutable proof the spot was bad they won't change it. Now we wonder if the bad idea by Brady to just chuck that ball for the pick will come back to haunt the Pat's.
