do us all a favor and GTFO of the thread, we already know your a colossal asshole, no need to replenish your stank in a SB thread.
Just put him on your ignore list and stop reacting to him, which is exactly what he wants. He's a child throwing tantrums for attention, so don't give him that attention and he'll cry himself out eventually.

Thank you, good advise, will do.

Fantastic game. I'm just flabbergasted that Carroll didn't call Lynch's number at the end... and I really can't even come up with a reasonable justification. If that had worked, people would still have second guessed it, but as it stands, that may well be the worst play call in the history of football. But ridiculous decisions aside, that was a great game all around.

Have we finally settled the "Brady vs. Manning" issue once and for all?

I think that Seattle's D-line got a little worn down in the 4th Qtr as most defenses tend to do which begs the question even more of why Carrol decided to try a risky pass instead of beast-mode. He will be judged harshly by that mistake and it's somewhat unfair because overall he has made Seattle a contender that plays it's guts out for him.

In his post game interview he said they were in 3 wide and the Pats were in a goal line defense, and they didn't want to run against that. So it was set up to take a shot on 2nd, and if they didn't get it, it was set it up for runs on third and fourth down so there would be no time left.

Honestly, I think he is covering for the OC. You don't do a pick play to the inside against a goal line defense on the short side of the field, you do it to the outside. The players in the locker room are openly crushing the decision to pass.

I thought Manning's game against Indy already did that

Can't stand the Pats (Fins fan here) but I am glad that Seattle did not win or Sherman and his gang will brag non stop until next year. Won 1 SB and they acted and talked like they were some kind of dynasty.

Which, ironically enough, is probably why they aren't.

Legions of Boom won't be so booming when Russel Wilson gets his $20mil/year contract (unless he goes Brady's route with hometown discount). That's 20 million away from defense, very large chunk of cash.

Patriots were at its best in 2001, 2003, and 2004 when Brady had team friendly contract.

That has to be the worst playcall in NFL history.

without a doubt.

But I feel better with that ending than the next 3 or 10 years of Pats and Brady homers complaining that Brady only loses on lucky dumbass never could ever happen plays (the Hearst catch--which should have been a Lynch TD).

IMPO it would have been Edelman, he caught one TD pass but also did the dirty work in the middle of the field and was promptly jack-hammered by Kam and Co. I would have loved for Brady to go over to Sherman for a "you mad bro" moment but I know he's got more class than that. Sherman was prancing around the sidelines holding up 2 fingers like the game was already won and he has two rings, not tonight asshole, not tonight.

This is why I was rooting for NE. Sherman is easy to hate because he just runs his mouth too flipping much.
