I am really loking at getting one of these, but i can't decide betwen an external or internal, for the internal, is there anything special that you need on the MB. I don't think i have a connection for front USB ports, it is a pretty old MB an Asus CUBX. If anyone has any info that would be great, because i think internal would be more convenient.

The CUBX has three extra USB headers on the board. If you're using the 3-port bracket that came with the board then you'd have to unplug one of them.

Nice deal on this 6 in 1. Been looking for one on the cheap and you can't beat this price. Does anyone know is this available in northern Ca. too? My local Fry's never answers the phone.

These things are nicely built (quality) in contrast to how I thought they'd be.
