you can actually do a lot in two weeks. get supplements. and be prepared to do a few hours each and everyday.

Losing flab (dead weight) is probably the single biggest thing you can do to improve the number of reps you can do on bodyweight exercises. 3 weeks isn't enough time to lose much.

Do Atkins (Atkins Center). You can lose 5-10 pounds in two weeks with that. I lost 30 lbs in about 2 1/2 months and it's really helped with my running/cycling. It's an easy diet to stay on too :)

take the advice others have given you. to increase your endurance with running stretch a lot. if you are not in good shape then i would tak eit that your muscles are prety tight. running becomes a lot easier when your legs are loose enough to take long strides without much effort. you can increase flexibility in a couple of weeks. good luck.
