Get a different photo, shoot it with a different background, use a different light, theres too much glare. If the picture is crappy in the first place, its just going to look fake if you try to touch it up. And the filter you used killed the background sheet/curtain/whatever it was, and makes the transition of colors look horrible... like look at the rear bumper in the before and after picture.
