The driver must've been really dreading that delivery. Probably sorting through the stuff before hitting the road, saw it, and sh¡t his pants.

I'm suprised he even delivered it, I would have just pretended the recipient wasn't home.

yea i think u have the right ot refuse. would make it simple since they mail it right back.. saves u trouble.
 
if you pay for an item online, it shows up like that, and you refuse to sign for it, what happens to your money?
do they send you another one? refund your $? or is there no standard procedure and you have to call them to figure it out?

WTF?!?!?! I thought it must have been delivered from UPS. I never had anything delivered in that condition from Fed-EX looks like they used it to block the wheels on the truck 😉
