For anyone else who signed up for the free Maxim subscription have you got it yet? This was a hot deal way back. I just got mine 😀 Anyone know if they are gonna stick me with a nice little bill in the near future? I really don't want to fight with more tele-operators trying to cancel a free Maxim subscription, LoL.
 
You do not have to pay for anything that was sent to you in the mail (assuming you entered no contract). It is yours to keep, free of charge. Do not be fooled into thinking otherwise.
