Hello,
I have Asus P5E motherboard, and I got 2 RAID arrays and non-ending bugs with the raids.
Intel said that updating to version 7.5+ would fix those bugs and problems.

Can someone post here a link to downloading the update for the RAID Controller?
I tried to find it,but I didn't succeed.
Thanks in advance,Tal.

Where did you get the information about Intel's version 7.5 fix?

You're running Vista and you've done this?

"1. Use the instructions in the readme file to extract the necessary files from the installation package. These files are: iaStor.sys, iaStor.cat, iaStor.inf, and TXTSETUP.oem.

2. Place the files on a floppy disk, USB device, or CD/DVD media.

3. During the Microsoft Windows Vista installation process, select the Load Driver option when you see a screen titled Where do you want to install Windows?

4. Insert the media that contains the driver files."

My Vista is working with the RAID,
But the RAID Controller makes a lot of problems with the disks,
and the disks are 100% fine and checked.

And I want an update for the Chip itself, and the download link doesn't have to come from that page.
But Intel admitted that they have fixed a few problems on version 7.5+ and I want to update.
I have version 7.5.1087 something like that.

(I'm speaking about the "start-up Intel Matrix Manager",and not the one on windows).

you want to update the RAID controller BIOS firmware. That goes together with your system BIOS - and is part of. try the latest BIOS for your motherboard. If it doesn't contain controller's update - then there's nothing you can do.

This refers to the "Matrix Storage Manager" application and drivers (software), not the firmware or BIOS. The latest Matrix Storage Manager is version 8.6:

IMSM v8.6.0 (Vista 32-bit and 64-bit)
