...and no need to yell, jumpr.
He's being an asshole. I have every right to yell.

Besides, what's he gonna do - shoot me?

How bout inconveniencing a couple hundred thousand people?

I'm sure the people on the jury would have some sympathy as well
YOU CAN'T SHOOT SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY CAUSED A TRAFFIC JAM. ENDING A HUMAN LIFE SO THAT YOU CAN GET HOME FASTER IS NOT A REASON FOR JURIES TO HAVE 'SYMPATHY.' JURIES DECIDE CASES BASED ON LAW, NOT TIME ON THE FREEWAY.

the same laws that let a Houston mom drown her 5 sons and stack them like logs on a bed. Let's face it, American laws absolutely suck the big one sometime.

They "let" her? You mean she's home making dinner now? I don't think so.

I'm not sure which case you're talking about, but that woman is either spending the rest of her life in jail or in a mental institution. "Not guilty by reason of insanity" does not mean you get to drive home. It means you get driven to a state mental facility.

We do. Don't like paying for it? Go kill someone. Then we'll be paying for you to spend the rest of your life getting ass-raped. Have fun.

Juries decide cases based on which sleazeball lawyer got them to cry more.

Personally, I am glad that their is some law enforcement that values the life this human being who, remember, hasn't even been given a trial yet.

And as for bystanders who want him to jump..I think coaxing someone into committing suicide, no matter what the circumstance, is pretty heartless.

If he was not an "accused murderer", would that at all change your opinion?

I hope he jumps soon, or the cops grow some balls and bring him down. It's absolutely killing traffic in Buckhead. Like we need anything else to make our rush hour here worse...

I'll remember that when you find yourself stuck on the top of the crane. :)

Ok, the guy is going from day 3 to day 4 now. What the heck is he eating and drinking? And how the hell is he going to the bathroom?

Yup, surprised they don't ask if they can hold his weiner when he urinates.

They are just trying to get him to not jump

since they will be blamed, partially, if he commits suicide

Why not just turn the stinking crane so he is over the building instead of the road?

cops are too dickless to shoot him down...
He's not endangering the lives of a law enforcement officer or a bystanding citizen.

If the police employed a sharpshooter to 'shoot' him down from the crane, it would be nothing less than first degree murder.

He's a friggin public nuisance and he likely beat his gf to death
"Likely" means nothing. Remember the right to a fair and speedy trial? Innocent until proven guilty? Those aren't just little catch phrases. They are the foundations of our stable and consistent legal system.

And "nuisance?" Give me a break. Being a nuisance doesn't give ANYONE a right to shoot ANYONE.

He is a fugitive wanted for murder you idiot...he can and should be taken by force, you dig
