im gonna but im just worried about that -13v im getting on my-12v rail. I wonder if i should unhook a fan

Aren't you safe as long as you are getting 12v or more on your 12v line??? I dont really know much about PSU's.

someone said theres nothing on -12v rail. He said they were for isa cards
