UPDATE: The rebate has been updated for December and the rebate form reflects the correct model number.

Still a good deal.

Newegg has the same version for 269 backordered.

I almost jumped before posting, but the Rebate form doesn't have the correct model number on it. Looks like someone replaced a "C" with a "5". Just a fore-warning.

Combined with the bad things form TD rebate center, 100 bucks on the line, and the fact that I don't need-need a SSD (but really want one.)

64 GB for $75, still pretty good.

Knock off $26.25 cashback with MS Livecash 15% back on Tigerdirect.

Go to www.live.com and search for "tigerdirect" (no quotes). Click on 15% MS Live cashback link for TD.

Copied from Patriot SSD thread. 32G OCZ "deal"

Once again, the UPC and model numbers do not match the rebate form ($60 OCZ rebate).

Stuttering OCZ 32G version is $30AR at TD now, and about $16 AR after live.com cashback.
At that price I might get one to play with it, despite the slow writes issues.

15% Live CashBack when you search for Tiger Direct on live.com
or
5% CashBack when you go through the list of CashBack stores at live.com.

1.99 shipping, with extra $10 filler to get over $100.

Edited for clarity: cashback is 5 or 15%, depending upon your route to TD.
I want this drive, warts and all, but foresee rebate headaches, unless TD gets the correct UPC and model numbers on the rebate form (or is found to be shipping the correct model).

I actually got my last 2 tiger rebates so maybe it's alright. but no need for SSDs yet. maybe wait until they get to 200-300GB and affordable enough.

these rebates are from OCZ, not TD--I've always had good luck with OCZ rebates, as long as you submit it within the period. OCZ support is also excellent.

They just responded to my email, and the rebate form is now correct.

Sadly, it's too late for me, as I went with the VelociRaptor deal Amazon had yesterday.

Alive for the 64G, cheap for SSD, but pricey for something I just want to play with. Still want that 32G, at $16 AR and cash back. But that one is still "unavailable", and if it comes back I'd want to see a corrected rebate form.

Very tempting, but after reading the specs et al, I think I'll sit this one out until the next gen come down to this price. being up to 4 times faster than 2.5" drives is not what I'm looking for.
