UPDATE: 1.5 cas latency?

I was messing around in my bios, haven't done it since the last bios, and was about to bump my ram to 2-2-2, but noticed that it had an option of 1.5 for my ram. Is there any ram out now that could run at cas 1.5? I know most motherboards don't have this option, is this the only one? It is a leadtek 7350kda.

Yeah but I have looked around and haven't seen anything on it as of now.

I just ran it at cas 1.5 and ultra mode. I don't know if this is actually at 1.5, but the bios says it is. I think it might just be a bug.
