I don't think you will ever get anything remotely reliable for 5 years into the future. The chips coming out in 2008 might not have even started their design phase yet. There are some rough roadmaps that go 2 years out though.

There is a good thread about Intel chips through 2005 on these forums.

Try this.

The dates are estimates (aggressive in most cases), but the parts listed are actually under development.

Chizow, there's something slightly messed on that site.

For example (but not limited to):

They show
"2003-Q3 AMD Clawhammer-S Clawhammer successor built using a 90 nm process. Believed to start at 4400+ AMD rating-wise.." (Athlon64B ??)
and
"2003-Q3 AMD Paris Low price version of ClawHammer (Opteron 64) with smaller (256 KB) L2 cache." (Duron64 ???)
before
"2003-10-XX AMD Athlon 64 x86-64 chip, previously known as Athlon DT or Clawhammer, built with a 0.13 um process, for medium sized systems, "Hammer for the desktop". Rumoured start prices are at $400. Originally planned for October -02, later delayed to Q2, and now to September, ie after the Opteron launch. Will have 256KB to 1 MB of L2 cache."
