Lots of crap coming out this year. My wife is going to hate me. Providing they get good reviews I'll be getting:

Mass Effect
Rock Band


I think I am missing some high profile releases. What are they?

Mass Effect
Bioshock (not really upcoming since it is out but will be getting it soon)
HL2 Orange Box(either for 360 or PC)

Well, next week I'm picking up Blue Dragon and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. I think Stranglehold comes out too, but I'd rather get that on the PC.
 
Just picked up Bioshock and still have the following to buy this fall:

1) Mass Effect
2) Halo 3
3) Orange Box
4) COD4
5) Assassin's Creed

I may wait on Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed purely because they are single player only and I don't have enough time to play all of these games. Mass Effect is my most anticipated game...so I'll have a hard time not picking it up.

I'm love Bioshock right now...but I still have DiRT and GRAW2 to finish with Forza 2 and Madden 08 clawing away at my time as well.

Great time for gaming...not so great time for my wife.
 
I don't buy many, but will be playing them all through gamefly 🙂 I only buy games that I know I will replay, such as games with good multiplayer.

With that said, my list:

I'm not sure about Mass Effect yet..
 
Scratch Bioshock off the list, got that on Tuesday
1)Halo 3-pre ordered, doing the midnight thing. 🙂
2)COD4-buying it asap, hopefully release day.
3)Assassin's Creed--not too sure, the openness seems awesome, but it doesn't seem that unique to me, yet.
4)Orange Box--If I can afford after all the other games, there are 2-3 Wii titles I plan on getting.
5)PGR4
6)Mass Effect--I normally don't like RPG's, but I might make an exception here.

Pete, you should think about picking her up an XBOX 360 Arcade for christmas or something for her to play Viva Piñata on. With the upgrading of this combo, it might be a good deal for ya and gets her out of your hair 😉.
