Dear BookCloseOuts' Customer:Thank you for the book order that you placed with BookCloseOuts.comon. The total amount of $xx.xx will be charged in US Funds to youraccount today. Your order has been shipped and should arrive within 21 days.

Has anyone ordered from these people? Does it really take up to 3 weeks?

I have ordered from these folks many times. They send the order US Mail book rate. The shiping estimates are usually rather conservative, but it will take a while. The deals I have found at the site make it worth the wait!

If you go to their "Last chance" page, it says this:

Plus

Buy $30 worth of any of the books at 'BookCloseouts.com' and receive a $5 discount with this coupon:

Coupon: bookcloseouts
Password: lastchance
Expires: April 21, 2003.
I assume that it is kosher to print this coupon code since it is readily available on their site...

If you are wondering what year the book was published, rather pertinent for tech books, you can get
the isbn from the site at the top of this thread and put in in the box here:
ISBN lookup
which takes you to the Amazon site. You can click on "product details" for a page
that includes the year of publication.
