unwanted web site becomes homepage

My son's pc is really acting really weird. when I start IE, it brings some search website as the homepage. I reset it to different home page such as msn.com, hotmail.com, etc in Tools->Internet Option. but after new times or after bootup, this site becomes home site. And even prono site was added in Favorite.

I cleaned up his pc with Ad-Aware and still can't get rid of this site.

any help would be appreciate to get rid of this site.

I had these problems before..found out it was a virus

Wow,

Just breazing through some threads on AT. See someone ask about a homepage hijack. For kicks, looked at thread. There is Schadenfroh!!!!! Out to help another!!! Took just 3 hours and he is offering his help again.

If a scan with Ad Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy doesn't get it, go to www.pestscan.com and run their online scanner. It doesn't remove the items but it shows you where they are so you can manually remove them, or buy their product and it will do it for you.
