I just cooked a polish sausage, put some mustard on it, and wrapped it in a tortilla. ITs great. Anyone else done this?

Are you kidding me? That's not weird at all. That's normal and very tasty. You could take sausage with mustard and put it between shoe leather and it would be good.
Weird would be crab, asparagus, hollandaise on a really nice steak.
Weird would be a poached egg on fish.
