Unused Computer Stuff (aka: Wasted Money)

TV Tuner card...I always buy one (and it has been like three or four times now) and then I figure I will set it up to record Law And Order shows so I can get all the seasons in
(especially during the Memorial / Labor day marathon) then i put it in and my cable is fuzzy and i rip it out and sell it...damn things!
