I used to play Unreal a lot under Windows 98 with my RIVA TNT card, and my Savage 4 card. With my TNT, I'd get at least 30 FPS in the timedemo at 800x600 (D3D), with my Savage 4, around 50 (MeTaL). However, with my GeForce MX, I'm only getting around 15 FPS at 800x600 (D3D), which seems way too low. I turned off antialiasing (which was enabled by default) and even that made no difference. All this with the latest version of Unreal (226) and the latest GeForce drivers too. As for OpenGL, it won't even run in this mode. Anyone know what's up?
