Are you adjusting the AGP slot manually or is the board doing it for you? If I remember correctly the original Geforces didn't like overclocked systems too well...

We could use a little more information.

Are your other games running fine? OR is it just UT?

Are you using a Intel or AMD processor?

Because UT is so cpu intensive, a lot of people have had problems running while overclocked. Have you ran any torture tests to check your systems stability?

I had this same problem a while back where UT would kick me to the desktop after a random amount of time playing. I upped my voltage a little and no problems now. Give it a shot and good luck.

Unreal Tournament is really picky when you have overclocked CPU.

Definitely raise the voltage by a notch until you get stable or get better cooling. All else fails you have a CPU that doesn't like to be overclocked.

LOL, Good observation. I'd like to see someone run an AMD in a P3V4X ;)

My attempt was not to be humorous, but hey I got a laugh! I was not sure if the P3V4X was AMD or Intel, but I guess it should be obvious since it has P3 stuck right on the front of P3V4X. Sorry for the "mental train wreck".

A P3 700 @ 805MHz is not too overclocked at all. In fact, I bet you are running at default voltage and you temps are reasonable too.

I personally don't think your overclocked cpu is the problem, BUT if it crashes at that speed then don't do it! It is not that big of a performance gain if it crashes.
