1650x1050 + everything maxed out + 8xAA and 16xAF = min. fps 40 when there was huge amount of action on screen, 50-55 were more typical.
High quality AA seems to be too much for my 8800 GTS: 8xQ AA and 16xAF I got 20 fps(minimum (typical fps number were 30)

-------

At least for Nvidia users it's possible to enable AA:
1. Use the most recent drivers
2. Rename UT3demo.exe -> Bioshock.exe
3. Go to Nvidia control panel and change Bioshock-settings.. from there you can but different AA-settings all the way up to 16xQAA 😛

7900GTO
E6600@3.2
Run with textures 2, world detail 1, 1680*1050 and get 40-80 fps which is good. Despite being lowish settings game still looks ok.
Allows me to play the game just fine until I get a graphics card that can max the settings.
