This is so stupid. I just today received the game for $19.99 from Amazon, but when I went to the condo office to pick it up I had several other packages that the UPS driver just left without leaving a slip on my door. Two of them contained UT2004 for free from AMD since I attended their Athlon 64 launch event in California. I now have three copies of UT2004....

I mock at the people who were paying $100 to buy this after the game came out. People should know there really isn't anything such as a video game "limited edition". It will probably be the same thing when halo "special edition" comes out.
 
I was going to order but my roomate wanted a copy too and that would give us the free shipping, but buy the time we had worked out payment and were sure, it had gone back up to 39.99, damn my luck, damn it to hell.

Well, that one really was "special".
It came with that metal tin (You can keep your stash in there) and a logitech head-set (So you can say fark over and over again when playing) all for $19.99. This here is just the DVD edition. Which comes with some map-making tutorials.

I can't believe I missed out on it, but still I would not pay $100 for it.

I have not heard of anyone receiving their $10 UT2004 upgrade rebate yet.
