Unreal Questions From a Newbie

Hi,

I have been playing unreal for the past few weeks and I love it!! I'm new to first person shooters so I started on novice and now I'm up to experienced. I would like to play on-line, but am afraid it wouldn't be any fun because I would always be getting my ass kicked.

Is there an on-line place for unreal newbies?

To be honest, playing w/ experienced Unreal players will only sharpen your game ChickenWing42, playing w/ newbies will only keep your level down IMHO 🙂

I run a Unreal server .. yes there are people who love the original...

Look for Binary's Coop server...

Its a a freindly place.

I agree 100%. I used to get my arse kicked all the time in Spearhead and MOH, but over time, I've actually become a little bit of an arse kicker myself. 🙂 I still get crushed some days, but they are getting fewer and fewer. 🙂

You guys got any suggestions on where to start what are good games for a newbie?

Just jump right in baby! If you sit there and worry about getting owned all the time, your already ruining the fun... Just pick a server, and play... What's the worst thing that can happen? You'll get owned, yet you'll learn a new strategy that you can implement later... JUST DO IT!

Depending on the version of Warcraft you have, you can play all those games online, just patch them to latest versions and go have fun.
