Haven't tested running Win9X yet but under 2K there is a ~20% increase in performance running Giants(the Win2K numbers have been quite a bit behind the 9X numbers though, so take that for what its worth). That is compared to 12.41s running identical settings.

In a word Yes they are worth it. I had run 3dmark 2001 on my computer yesterday and I got about 2620 I believe. I have a 1.2ghz AthlonMP, Geforce 3(12.90 drivers), 256mb DDR, WindowsXP. Now I knew there was something wrong with that score so today was going to be the day I set about fixing it. I got the Det 4's from Nvidia.com and Today my score was 6310 with no other changes other than the drivers. I was amazed to say the least. Now If I could only get my stupid comptuer to allow me to change the RAM timings and increase the FSB, muuuhahahah. Nvidia Rules!
