My sister in law (who has slept around A LOT) says that she prefers them circumcised cause they feel better. All the women who have had more than a few experinces chime in.

It happens, but that can be fixed by working with it over time. You don't really want to keep it that way.

What could go wrong if it's kept that way? I've heard that during adolesence a guy generally stretches it out of curiosity until it can uncover the head. I'm 20 and have never had that curiosity... and I only learned about being able to fully pull back the foreskin recently...

If it remains tight, it could tighten more as you age (typically in your 40's) and you might require circumcision at that point since it would be causing circulation problems. I know a man that went through that scenario.

Only in America and even then, only among the niave. If what you say was true, no one in Europe, India, Canada, Mexico, and Japan, among others, would be having any sex at all, since they don't mutilate their boys there.

In some cases, the foreskin is not retractable until puberty. Never forcibly retract the foreskin... that can lead to a nasty infection.
