What's your name going to be? Whenever a new member joins the channel they must pass the test and we need to know so we can quiz the correct person.

Thanks GigaCluster. We tried using TeamSpeak on a trial basis and enjoyed it, but found that Ventrilo works better for us for now. The person you'd want to talk to is RossMAN.
Ah, interesting. In what ways is Ventrilo superior? My roommate would like me to host a TeamSpeak server for his World of Warcraft clan, so if Ventrilo is superior, I'll recommend that to him. RossMAN, any comments?
To be quite honest, I don't think we ever really could decide which was more superior. It was a matter of which was more convenient, and this one was. If you can afford it, I'd say go with TeamSpeak simply because of the logs and dialogue box at the bottom of the window.
As for me, Ventrilo is completely unusable because I run Linux, and I am sure I am not alone in this boat. Ventrilo offers only a Windows client at this point, while TeamSpeak has free clients and servers for both Windows and Linux.
Yeah. The nice thing about TeamSpeak is that it's sensitivity setting is default instead of push-to-talk, and also the senstivity itself is better than Ventrilo's because you don't have to mess with it.

If you are ok with PUSH TO TALK then I would go with Ventrilo, voice quality is good.
Why don't you logon and give it a try?

I've had a few complaints about a few people from AT, regarding paging and random channel hopping / abuse, if people abuse it I'll remove paging abilities and restrict access even further.

I haven't been in there the past couple days, but before there were a few people who came up from the CounterStrike channel about a week and a half ago, and they seemed a bit rowdy. May have been them paging while they were in the channel.
Other than that, when I've been in there only the regulars have been in there, so I dunno what that's all about. Maybe Dennis AIM-hax0red us?

I've been in Tahoe. Still here. Went to Heavenly a few days ago and checked out Northstar today (which has a seriously awesome backside). I love skiing. Be back soon to sheep around with you guys.
