Mine too... I hope Amazon brings it back. Even though I never bought anything from it, it was kinda fun to see what I would get next. Although the one time it had something I wanted, the darn thing told me it was out of stock already when I went to get it!

I don't believe these bozos! I quit looking cause all I ever got was crapola. Thought I'd try again and see if my luck has changed. NOPE! What do they offer me? What? A Sonic Mole Chaser! We don't have any damn moles! I never in my life saw any stinkin' moles! I don't think they can burrow through concrete!

To top it off, every review for it only got one star from the Amazon reviewers. Not only did it not chase the moles away but apparently it just pissed them off! I know how they feel!

NO KIDDING today I had power tools in my gold box and a stupid bird feeder.
If you log in I think you will get the "Gold box", But if you clean your temp files and cookies and don't log in you probably won't.:)

g0d d@mn!

my electronic offers are gone and replaced with (guess it) useless home/kitchen pos.
amazon really needs to get their acts together.
they have records of what people buy before from what department so they should be able to offer things that we would actually buy.
someone fires the person in charge right now.

okay, i'm better now, not!!!

Grrrrrrr,

Gold Box. "Box Full of Crap", maybe.

First it was the kitchen stuff (which I've never ordered).
Then is was the garden stuff (you guessed it, never ordered).
Now, they finally get to the electronics (yes, I've ordered!) and...... (drum roll)......

The Olympus AC adapter!

:disgust:

Olympus AC adapter eh? That was one of mine too today. I passed on it and got the SonicBlue SP250 for 119.02. Hurray, finally something worth buying.

Gold Box ? Yeah right. It sounds like Amazon is trying to bring back dynamic pricing. Shame shame.

"09/29/2000 SEATTLE (AP) In the space of two weeks, online retailer has been forced to apologize, issue refunds and appease angry customers after being found to have charged some people higher prices than others for the same items."

Wow, so you actually e-mailed them? What did they say? I would have expected a canned response regarding the Gold Box like, "The offers are random, etc etc."

I think everybody should email them and let them know how disappointed they are with the gold box offers they're getting. In my email I let them know I was aware other customers were getting "Memento Limited Edition" for $6.29, and how it wasn't fair I was getting offers for crap like those damn sonic molechasers. I checked my gold box this morning a day after I emailed them, guess what my first offer is ? Memento Limited Edition for $6.29 :Q

BTW, Here's their reply -

That's the best price I've seen on this set by far.

Ditto me on the buffy @ 22.49. I've never watched this before, guess I need to start.

They offer the first and second season on the season two product page for a discount. If you get the gold box offer on season two, then add that combo to your order it gives you an additional $2 off. Good if you're in need of the first and second season.

Total for both, delivered: $45.48

Item(s) Subtotal: $74.98
Shipping & Handling: $3.97
Best Value Savings: -$2.00
Super Saver Discount: -$3.97
Gold Box Discount: -$22.50
Promotional Certificates: -$5.00

$45.48
