I keep getting that stop error in WInXP after reboot. I can fix it after running recovery console off the xp cd and running fixboot and chkdsk /r.
How can I prevent it from happeneing every reboot?
After I fix it everything runs fine but if I install a driver or a windows update and reboot, it comes back. Is the drive toast even though it works after running recovery?
thanks
