Way over priced. I know someone who bought one for under 5000, with only a little over 100,000 miles.

The engine is the first thing I looked at. That would throw up a few red flags for me if I was a potential buyer. I'm going to assume since it's a rear engine car that the reason for all the rust is from extra ventilation, allowing lots of water to enter into the compartment. It'd be interesting to see what the undercarriage looks like. Could possibly be a flood car if you found rust in a lot of other places.

A 1994 Turbo, or a 1991 n/a? If he paid under $5k for a '94 Turbo in safe drivable condition, the seller could've asked much more.

You probably have no idea what you're talking about as usual. The older Toyota sports cars in general command high resale values due to their enthusiasts (MR2, Supra, Celica AllTrac to name a few)
