Unlocking XP 1600 - Quick question

Hey guys I am just now unlocking my first xp cpu(s) (dual cpu)
my mobo does not change multipliers so I have to unlock it to what I want it at.. I am going to set it at a 1900
using this picture as a reference

Now, I have no problem filling the gaps & bridges.. However do I need to cut the bridges that are shown in the picture are cut, that on the proc dont have a laser cut? Do I use a x-acto knife to cut them?
 
Whatever you do be carefull. The connects are just below the surface, so don't go to deep. Try an x-acto knife. But use a magnifying glass and an ohm meter as well so you are'nt left guessing.
