Unlocking voltage on GTX 770?

Hi, I have ASUS GTX 770 DC2 OC and i would like to know if there is any unified manual for unlocking voltage control on this card. Ive been roaming internet for this but it is too hard for me to understand all of it, or it is much unclear what to do step by step. I have it running now on 1212mv under load and i need just +12mv to make my current nice OC stable. Anyone who can help me with this?

1.21 is the max allowed for kepler I believe.

max i could get out is 1212mv but it is not enough for my overclock, i need extra 12mv for stability, that should be enough also taking temperatures into account
