Unlocking Pipes

I know that you can unlock pipes on the 6800 in Riva Tuner. I would like to know, can you unlock pipes on the X800 Pro without flashing the bios (basically, can you unlock pipes in windows), and how?

Oh, erm, sorry I didn't read your question entirely... I'm completely out of it, I apologize. No, for a x800 Pro (with VIVO), you're going to need a BIOS flash.
