Unlocking my xp 1600 greenie agoia... what to expect?

Right at this moment I am in the process of unlocking my xp and I am wondering what kind of improvement I can expect. Opinions? I have a Epox 8k3a+ I have it hooked up to and I have only been able to get it to 168 stable. Any ideas? I have kingmax 256 pc 2700 ddr with thermaltake heatspreaders on it. I am also running a nice hsf on it. If I bump it up to 1.9v I start hitting 60 degrees. Also, does anyone know the best bios to run on the 8k3a+? I am looking for the best performance out of it so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
