okay, i am new to this so please help me out with some links to sites where they can show me how exactly to do this.
one quick question, is it only the L1 bridges that i have to do that pencil thing to?(like i said, i am new at this)
 
Only L1 Bridges. And do the Loctite thing right off, the pencil trick seems less durable for most of the folks out there, and removing everything over and over is a pain.

Use a needle or a toothpick.
