Unlocking Duron morgan Help!

I just got a duron morgan core 1100mhz cpu how do i unlock it for higher voltage an mutiplier unlock any link showing how this can be done?

the morgan core is easy to unlock. pencil trick on the L1's.... its still ceramic i believe...
