Unlocked Barton passed week 40?

There's info floatin around about all Bartons passed week 40 being locked. I have an IQYHA week 50 that I'm pretty sure is unlocked b/c I can change the multi in BIOS, and I was under the impression if it were locked this option wouldn't even be available...

Any one else got a for-sure unlocked Barton that's passed week 40? This rumor has me kinda paranoid.

When you alter the multiplier, does window's recognize the speed change? If not, than its not really changing after all. If it is recognized..., then you are lucky

If you have an IQYHA chip, then you accidentally bought a mobile Barton, and got the best overclocking stepping of them all. And all mobile XP's are unlocked. Now you just need to find out how fast that sucker will run (2.5ghz at least, since it's an IQYHA).

He just said Barton so he probably bought a Mobile and didnt notice. Good chip there!
