Anyone here hve any idea if Apple store sell unlock iphone 4s or 5? If so, how much?

What country are you in?

If it's the US, I believe that the Verizon iPhone comes unlocked, even if bought on contract. Otherwise I think you can get an unlocked phone if you pay the full, unsubsidized price.

4S yes, 5 I don't think it is available yet. Probably in a few weeks.
I think $650 is what the newest iPhone costs unlocked at the Apple store for 16GB, but not sure.

Of course, you can just buy an unlock on eBay for $7 and unlock an ATT iPhone 4s.
As above, the Verizon 5 comes unlocked for GSM use.

In the US, it's $550 for an unlocked 16GB 4S, and as far as I know the iPhone 5 isn't available directly from Apple yet.
