I'm not stalking anyone...I'm just trying to get some help to give her. That person calling is driving her nuts and she's babbling to me about it.

There's a "star-number-number" that she can dial to signal the phone-company that the call is harassing. The phone-co and the cops take it from there.

Is there a clicking sound in the background? If so there is a good chance someone accidentally faxed her phone number.

She never mentioned anything about clicking noises but she did say that she can hear some background noises.

i get calls from some random 717 numbers, every now and then, i just dont pick up the phone if its a number i dont know
