i've been trying to print some documents from my win98 laptop thru the network's HP LaserJet 4 printer. Everytime I try, I would get an "unknown error" and then it would set my default printer to offline. This has only happened to me and other win98 machines. seems like everyone else who is running W2k and NT are okay. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? And yes, I did try to reload the drivers and remap the printer.
