Unknown Explorer crash on exiting XP?

On my main computer (see sig below) I have XP SP2 Home fully patched, using a Theater 550 and Cat 6.12 and 6.12 drivers for the T550. It doesn't happen everytime I shut down, but when I hit "Turn Off Computer" on the start menu, I am greeted with a Windows Explorer has crashed. Even I can't read through the jibberish to figure out why it has crashed. What could be the cause of this, a Windows update, driver or software?

FYI, I have another computer that is fully patched with SP2, (see Rig 2), and I have never seen this behavior on that (using Cat 5.13 and MMC 9.06).

Did you update also all optional and hardware updates from Microsoft Update (=Office & Windows patches?). Did your PC make a minidump, or restarts, and reports the crash to Microsoft? If the latter answer is yes, one can only wait for the newest patch.

I didn't update any optional hardware drivers, I only update critical patches involving Windows. You know what it does, I hit "Turn Off Computer" and immediately I get an error message saying that windows Explorer crashed, if I say no to sending it to Microsoft, then it just goes back to the desktop as if nothing ever happened. Then when I shut down, all is normal. When it happens next, I will take a capture of the message.

My error message doesn't have quite the detail yours has (P1-P9), and I notice sometimes when this error occurs, the Data Encryption Protection (DEP) from the processor kicks in (must be the CPU since I've never seen this with P4 Northwood or even the E2160 system I just put together). Otherwise I see no stability issues with this setup I have. Do you have a Theater 550 Pro? I wonder if this has something to do with the power management issues with this card and the new CPU instructions causing this.

No. But i have also this error DEP (Data Execution Prevention). I uninstall Java Runtime and now is OK. But the other error with crashing explorer is gone while i too uninstall Nod32 antivirus. Now all is ok. My system is ASRock ALiveNF4G-DVI, Athlon x2 3600+@5000+, 2x1 GB Super Talent, GF 7800GT, Creative X-Fi extreme audio. Sorry for the grammar, my english is not to good :( .
