Unknown device in Device Manager

For future reference:

What is the vendor ID and device ID of the unknown device? Without these there is no way to know. Use the properties of the 'unknown devices' and the 'details' tab and report these two numbers: http://xtknight.atothosting.com/images/unkndvc.png

Now that it is fixed, how can I determine this? I tried to look at the list again compared with my picture to see if I could figure it out, but I could not.
