University parking ticket

I got a parking ticket two and a half weeks ago but when I went to pay it, it didn't show up on the site. It still doesn't appear. I don't have the financial bar that would prevent me from graduating either... it's like it never happened. I don't have the ticket because it was in the ash tray of the car I sold last week and the buyer threw it out.
Should I forget about it? There's no moral issue because I got a university ticket years ago because my permit was hidden by a sun shade and paid instead of appealing.

Since then I hav erenewed my license and gotten a new car with new plates. I dont think they care.

I only got 1 ticket when I was in college and I simply told them my sun-reflectors were in the way of the permit and the guy probably didn't see it. They waived it off. So you never know... 🙂

Universities don't usually report to city or state governments. That means if your plates have never been registered with them they have no idea who you are.

For example, I actually bought a parking permit and got like 10 parking tickets. Because I had bought a permit they had my information and were able to withhold class registration and graduation. In that case, I had to pay.

When I got my motorcycle I'd park illegally all over campus and get all sorts of tickets which I never paid and was fine.
