I want a small tattoo, but I want it to be cute. It will go on my lower abdomen, below the belt, on the left.
I was thinking a little moogle, but you would be surprised how many people don't know what a moogle is.

What about looking at cute cartoon or comic charachters from years ago? it would be more classic, however, its your body so do what YOU like!
 
Alot of people get a star, heart, their sign, initials. I know one guy who has curious george peering curiously towards his crotch.

Cute tattoo's look retarded, IMO. I think tattoo's should be maningful and aesthetically placed to accentuate the body part.
In that location a star satisfies the requirements. Why don't you get a rainbow star?
