Isn't the Russian ship that is stuck one of the Nuclear powered super beasts?

The Russian nuclear ice-breakers operate exclusively in the Northern waters off Russia. They have never operated in the Southern waters of the world. However if they where their they would make short work of the ice that is trapping the other ships. However the PolarStar can break some serious ice I don't expect it will have any trouble freeing the two ships that are stuck.
