United States is a hypocrite

We're a Christian nation. That makes our morals superior to theirs. That means we don't have to adhere to the same UN resolutions everyone else has to.

We have every right to treat them like the criminals they are.

Iraq invades Kuwait
U.S. along with allies kick the sh1t out of Iraq and force them to withdraw from Kuwait
Iraq signs a cease fire agreement that states they must destroy all their chemical, biological, nuclear, etc.. weapons programs
Inspectors go in and start finding stuff
Iraq starts playing cat & mouse with the inspectors
Inspectors find more stuff
Iraq continues it's game and finally refuses to allow further inspections
Inspectors leave
Iraq resumes their WMD programs

Is that good enough for you or do you need me to draw you a picture?

Sadam has got to go. Any person that would use his own people for experiments, and also gas them, deserves to meet Allah, and it is up to us to arrange that as fast as we can.

We had NO UN RESOLUTION to go into Yugoslavia and save Muslims from Christians. Russia vetoed every UN proposal so we should have just let Milosevic slaughter the rest of them?

Because Iraq agreed over 10 years ago to eliminate all chemical, biological, and weapons of mass destruction - Along with several hundred other promises. It has broke nearly every agreement made with the US & UN.

How much more time do you think we should give Iraq ? Should we wait until they have all the weapons they need to fight a successfull war, or bring upon us another 9-11 ? I'd rather the US take out or put in a regime change while they are still a 50 pound gorilla, rather than waiting until they are a 300 pound gorilla.

Zakath15, you are the one who is ignorant and blinded if you don't think Saddam has to go. I won't argue the hypocrisy point, because sometimes that is part of foreign politics.

No, the UN let it happen. By that time, the war was over the UN moved in and took control, with the exception of the no-fly zones.
