That place si freakin cool. 98 acres in a state park, with airstrip, airplane, big house, average underground house, a missle silo...

Yeah, he wants 25M, but the place is freaking cool. I'd turn the missle silo into something really cool..... hmm.... I'm gonig to think about that one a bit.
