uninstalling WM9?

hey guys i searched and found a thread with this topic, but it didnt really answer the question. I have winxp sp1 running, how do i go about uninstalling windowsmedia player 9? thanks!

As far as I know, WMP9 has no uninstall feature. And I have not heard of a trick or third party app that can do it either. Sorry.

How bout using the System Restore feature? It automatically creates a restore point when you install WMP9.

Can I ask Why you want to uninstall it? I've found it to be really good, especially the sorely needed "Queue it Up" feature. It rips cd audio tracks pretty good too.

yeah i actually have some video playback problems and i didnt have them before i had wm9.
