Hello!
I used to use a Windows XP Professional version until about 6 months back. I have installed it on C: (I'm not so sure about this, but i think that is the primary drive or something?).
Recently around january, I bought a windows 7 pack and as I had heard negative comments about it, I did not upgrade Windows XP, but instead I installed windows 7 on G:
Now I want to know if it is safe to uninstall Windows XP from C: (As I heard that since it was the primary OS on the computer, the boot screen won't load if i uninstall it!?)
I am really sorry, I do not know much about the operating system and its working in this fashion.
Please help me,
Thank you.
In Summary
- Windows XP installed on C: (Which I do not even bother to touch anymore)
- Windows 7 installed on G: (Which I always use)
- Safe to uninstall Windows XP?
