Uninstalling Program

My friend was telling me I should use an uninstalling program when I remove programs from windows. I have always just used the add\remove option built in my windows XP but he said this does not do a good enough job. Is this true and if so is this the program I should get or is there something better I should be using.
He is using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, If anyone is using other programs let me know.

Thanxs

I've never used any of these programs, as the standard XP Remove Programs... has worked fine for me. I always make sure to go and delete the program directory if it remains. Granted, a few leftover files may still remain in the \WINDOWS directory, but I'm sure they're causing no harm.

I use Clean Sweep and have as long as it has been available.

If you use the Add/Remove programs feature and then Clean Sweep you will see how much is left on your Hard Drive.

After that I use a couple of registry cleaners.
